Robotic assistance has always been an integral part of our expertise, a well-established service that guarantees specialised support for ROBO FEED systems and robotic islands with Fanuc robots.
Thanks to training at the parent company and know-how gained in the field, our technicians ensure timely interventions, reliable solutions and maximum operational continuity for every automation application.
In addition to designing and manufacturing our ROBO FEED systems, at Assistec we want to offer an efficient and high-performance service to promptly resolve any issues with our ROBO FEED systems and robotic cells with Fanuc robots.
The objective is clear: to minimise machine downtime, guarantee production continuity and ensure full compliance with the safety and connectivity standards required by Industry 4.0.
Cost savings
Creation of tailor-made assistance packages
Specialised and continuously trained technicians
On-site intervention scheduled upon receipt of the call
Spare parts repairs in 3-5 working days
Routine maintenance is essential to preserve the functionality of FANUC robots over time and prevent costly unexpected breakdowns. With our scheduled maintenance plans, we help companies avoid sudden production downtime, optimise robot performance and reduce emergency interventions.
When a robotic cell presents anomalies, obsolescence or serious malfunctions, extraordinary technical maintenance is required. We intervene quickly and competently on systems with FANUC robots and complex integrated systems, even in the absence of support from the original supplier.
We specialise in retrofitting robotic cells, restoring non-functioning automated cells, software updates and reconstructing missing technical documentation.
Alumat (Bergamo) : complete retrofit of a robotic cell with obsolete software, lack of documentation and compromised safety. We designed new software, updated the electrical hardware and integrated the cell into Industry 4.0 processes.
CMO (Massa Carrara): functional restoration of a non-operational robotic cell, with overhaul of the Schunk gripper and adaptation of the automatic warehouse. The system is back in operation without the need to invest in a new cell.
In all projects, we aim for operational continuity, minimising downtime and allowing customers to recover the value of their existing investments.
The following services are available for both routine and non-routine maintenance:
Development, updating and installation of customised automation logic.
Immediate diagnosis, remote technical support and real-time monitoring of robotic cells.
On-site technical intervention based on the severity of the downtime and the type of fault encountered.
Dashboard for monitoring productivity, alarms, cycles and machine status, even from a smartphone.
Direct experience with anthropomorphic robots and cobots.
Repair of boards, I/O modules, drives, power supplies and obsolete components.
